A simmering pool deck with a stunning view of the LA basin provided the perfect setting for a drought tolerant, heat loving palette of succulents, perennials and shrubs. Perched on a south facing precipice, site consideration included drainage, erosion control and exposure and incorporated a variety of amenities including the pool, outdoor bbq area and plenty of seating poolside.
